  • Avoid anything to do with Great Jones!

    I moved out of a Great Jones Managed apt. and after sending registered mail and many phone calls I have never received any accounting of my deposit. No contact from them at all. They do not return phone calls, emails or even a registered letter. The entire experience from the first day they have been impossible to contact. The worst. Avoid at all costs.

    Absolutely terrible experience... Horrible communication, late on updates/repairs/invoicing. Do not use this company for any property management for your rental properties.Plus.... they had NO IDEA that a squatter was in my property. It was only when my replacement property manager went out to inspect that I found out and had to inform Great Jones....

  • Great service

    Easy, simple and straightforward. This is my second time renting through Great Jones and I found the pleasure to be overwhelming positive. Also I want to point out Michael as well. He was a pleasure to work with.

  • The WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN

    The WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. MY DAUGHTER HAS BEEN WITHOUT AIR IN ONE OF THEIR RENTALS FOR 5 DAYS. IT IS 95 EVERYDAY. THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH HER. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
