The statements in the contract come across a little scary. However, they make perfect sense when you apply common sense from a business perspective. We can’t knock the tactical expertise of those that understand how things can work in our favor, while at the same time protecting themselves. Michael applied zero pressure & didn’t hesitate to give me time to thoroughly review the contract.
