Good location and pretty neat looking hotel, but itâs dated with very old noisy AC units. However, the staff is very friendly which makes it a pretty neat experience, typical of the great Hyatt environment!
Honestly, Ulani is an absolute angel and I truly hope that Hotel Lincoln/Hyatt know how lucky they are to have her as an employee!
Put in a small pokey room beside elevators. Dated furniture. Bed springs were gone, and when we asked to replace the mattress at the front desk, they did nothing to help. Won't be back.
