Golf Trip for 4 couples in late April'22 to Serenity was superb. Courses in great condition, hotel had an excellent range of restaurants with the French & Japanese as stand outs. Steakhouse staff need more training as not as professional as the others. Buffet breakfast & evening meals also of a high standard. Our first time here (also in Turkey), and it won't be the last.We have 5 star properties world-wide to compare and Gloria Serenity ranks with the very best.The accommodation is excellent, the food caters for all tastes at a consistently high standard, but what really sets GR apart is the location and the top-drawer service from all members of the team.We have rarely experienced service of this standard in the Caribbean, Far and Middle East , nor anywhere in Europe.

Great holiday
It was a great getaway, staff were friendly and effecient. Rooms were clean and disinfected before arrival. Room was luxerious and spacious. Ground were well kept, and pools were great, Great selection of food in resturants. We thoroughly enjoyed our selves.Masks and hand sanitizer were readly available including dinning tabels.

Amazing week in a top class resort
We visited the Serenity resort on week commencing 1st October and couldn't speak more highly enough about the facilities, restaurants, quality of service and cleanliness of the hotel and its surroundings. Poor service, broken baby cot
It’s our first day at Gloria Serenity and I feel like I need to share my experience to warn future travelers.When we’ve arrived to a hotel I put my 14 months old straight to bed for a nap. The mattress was much wider and shorter than a bed frame, so it was really uncomfortable to sleep there, but my daughter was so tired that I decided to fix this issue later.
