  • Se ci fosse la possibilità di mettere 0 stelle per fare la recensione lo farei. Abbiamo scaricato l'app per poter pagare il parcheggio ma in 25 minuti non é mai arrivato il msg per convalidare il numero. Vergognoso! Risolto pagando normalmente quindi direi che é inutile come app.

  • Fatta veramente male, non c'è modo di fare quasi nulla. Se hai una laurea in ingegneria forse riesci a capire a che ora parte il tuo vaporetto. Se hai Venezia Unica non cercare di usarla in questa app... Non ci riuscirai.

  • Pressoché inutile, 20 minuti per comprare un biglietto urbano con credito già presente in app, poi devi attivarlo aspettare ecc ecc morale? 50€ perché per il controllore dovevo attivarlo prima TRUFFA LEGALIZZATA compro e pago subito il biglietto per un tram che non si sa se e quando arrivi sempre sperando di riuscire a salirci per la calca (oltretutto validato anche se sull'app specifica che non è necessario) da rivedere completamente come del resto tutta l'azienda ACTV vergognosi
