Efood: A Mixed Bag of Convenience and Concerns

Efood, the popular food delivery app, receives mixed reviews from customers. While some praise the app's convenience and wide range of options, others criticize false promotions and poor customer support. Issues with cancelled orders and delayed refunds are also mentioned. Despite these concerns, Efood is considered a lifesaver for expats in Greece. The app's limitations in creating custom offers and the inability to use certain coupons for specific locations are also mentioned. Overall, Efood provides a simple and effective food delivery service.
