I had the pleasure of visiting the hotel restaurant and Gaby was my server. She was so kind and attentive. She gave me recommendations and I don’t think I waited more than a minute for my drinks to arrive. Please let Gaby know I appreciate her!!!
GABY at the restaurant was the BEST. She was so kind and attentive. If I lived here, I’d come back just for Gaby! ❤️
Gaby was a fantastic bar tender. She was attentive and very personable.
Mayra at the Coach’s Sports and Grille is amazing. She was extremely pleasant with every interaction. Excellent customer service!
Mayra and Gabby were excellent in Coaches! Very customer focused.Romero was not customer focused and I actually complained to the manager on duty about how bad he was to me and my team. We had rented function rooms and were all staying at the hotel. I have never been treated so rudely at a Hilton.
Room was clean. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Dinner at Coaches Bar and Grill was good, and our bartender/server Gaby was great.
