  • Die Autovermietung selber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ,wenn man sie ersteinmal gefunden hat . Wir haben über billiger Mietwagen gebucht und wenig bis garkeine Info über den Standort und die Erreichbarkeit bekommen. Also anrufen und sich durchfragen wo der Shuttle Bus ist ! Zuzüglich mussten wir 100€ extra bezahlen , weil wir später ( 2 Std. ) ,als die von uns angegebene Zeit gekommen sind . Da wir den Flug nach dem Mietwagen gebucht haben konnten wir die Flugnummer nicht angeben , das kostet dann mal 100 extra 😡. Das liegt aber an der schlechten Info von billiger-mietwagen. Fazit : Delpaso ja , aber nie wieder über billiger-mietwagen.de

  • Avoid this car hire company at all costs! Their sole purpose is to take money from you using dirty tricks. They took around €190 from the €1600 deposit because of a minor "paint scratch" which you wouldn't notice unless you pulled out a magnifying glass. The paint was still intact and you could hardly call it a scratch as it was so small and superficial. Also, that so called scratch was already there before we got the vehicle. The staff are rude, uncooperative and hostile. I would give negative stars if I could!

  • Mimo wykupienia pełnego ubezpieczenia przez wizz air nie wydali pojazdu, zanim nie zapłaci się dodatkowo 115 euro za ich ubezpieczenie na miejscu. Oszuści, omijać z daleka. Byliśmy w 3 rodziny i na 3 auta, każdy brał pakiet full, mimo wszystko musiał dopłacić dla oszustów po 115 euro za auto.
