Staff is very friendly and helpful, you can check out large boards of flooring and take them home to see exactly what they would look like in your home and when we ordered she looked for every possible discount.When the flooring came in they set up a date, came out and installed the flooring in one day. The guy's were short 3 transition pieces. I was told they would order them and come back out and install them as soon as they came in. After 2 weeks I called and found out nothing had been done. I ended up having to call, email and stop by the store twice!! Then they were just going to give me the pieces so I could install them myself!!Two months later I finally got them installed but didn't get any of my leftover pieces of flooring, in case something happens.Floors look wonderful, price was great but it was quite a hassle!!
