  • We’ve just checked out from our latest stay at The Cumberland hotel in room 7090 which so far has been my favourite room, even though we’ve stayed in suites here.Possibly our best experience so far at this hotel and just like the old hard rock days.Fantastic service literally from everyone who dealt with us considering its extra busy with the marathon.I’d like to thank Meski from the hotel for the fantastic service and extra touches in the room with the guitar and record player. We absolutely loved having both.We’ve stayed at some lovely hotels within London but for us and what this hotel offers exceeds everything else.Thank you and we’ll be back the end of May!

  • Really enjoyed my stay, appreciate the staff whom were so kind to me during my visit and treated me with the outmost respect and kindness! Special thanks to Leandro for the easy and swift check-in and for accommodating my last minute room preferences requests and for Mayqueen for her amazing vibe throughout the floor has an amazing personality and is very welcoming to the guests! All in all great service for the great value, will come again next time in London.
