  • Can’t buy

    The buy feature hasn’t worked for over a month. Emailed support was told it’ll be running in a week that was a month ago. I sold the gold I had bought and will delete the app. Seems like the developers have given up too.

  • Not worth it

    I wanted to buy some gold for first time investment but did not read the small prints and brought 10g which cost me £508 then I saw the gold was only worth £478 on my account so there’s a handling fee but even if I try to sell I will only get £478 so instead of profit I made a loss thanks minted

    Perfect app that makes investing in to gold and silver super easy. The option to have the gold delivered is a perfect service.

    Very happy with the app, very easy to use. If you are interested in buying gold or silver i definitely recommend this app.

  • Great, but please improve app authentication

    Overall very happy with the service and have high hopes that the app will get even better over time.

    App authentication is timing out much too often, even compared to many other financial apps dealing with large payments etc. Please consider requiring password and SMS only for first-time login and then accepting just Touch ID or Face ID to re-enter.
