I have been using this app for a while and only realized today how much I depended on it. The calm exercise helps me get out of my own head when my anxieties are getting the best of me. I am greatful for it's service, and hope this review helps others find it too.
So just as the previous reviewers I confirm that it's impossible to contact the company, I wanted to delete my account and after 3 attempts to contact them, still nothing.
When I first downloaded this app it pervided a wide range of free options over time it's redused its free opshionscdramaticly and that's a shame
Does not teach you anything on the different breathings or I missed something in the free version. Chest belly chest belly, what the heck is this. Re work you app a bit.
