  • Très très déçue, on me facture le dépannage avec un technicien, alors que je suis restée 10 jours sans internet, de leur faute en plus, franchement je croyais que cet opérateur était plus sérieux, je me trompée 😤

  • Impossibilité de voir son compte client depuis plusieurs semaines : INADMISSIBLE !!!... Après 7 essais et renouvellement de mot de passe,j'ai désinstallé l'application puis réinstallation. Mais, toujours échec!!... Que comptez vous faire ? Apparemment RIEN. Impossibilité de vérifier ses factures,ou d'y accéder. Manque de respect du client. Vous ne méritez que 2 étoiles !!!
