  • Hotel needs to provide training to the staff at the reception desk

    The hotel, in general , is ok. It is simple and clean. There is no water cooker in the room, so if you want to have a cup of tea, you have to go to the bar. My complaint about the hotel is related to the staff we met. They made mess about our check-in and check out process.

    Nice and efficient staff, decent rooms, nothing fancy. Right price. Good for business, bit far from the city. Place is clean and tidy. Breakfast area and service are all OK. Recommendable for business related visits

  • Excellent place to stay

    Like all other Bastion hotels, I have never stayed in a bad one. The staff here are excellent and very welcoming. Highly recommend it. The food is very good especially the selection of food at Breakfast.

  • my 4th satisfaying visit to this hotel

    Very nice and comfortable rooms, nice Braekfast, nice Bar, all the stuf is very cooperative and they all do it with a big smile on their faces Great location for business people, close to everywhere (center, highway etc.)

    Room nice and clean good welcome lot's of parking space tea and coffee in room would stay here again much better then some big hotels big thank you to all the staff I will say to you have a good look at the reviews and to see if this hotel is for you

    We have now stayed in this hotel twice and an really recommend it, really good value and services. The staff, accommodation and food are all of a very high quality and we are definitely returning again.
