Love this place can't wait to revisited. Great hospitality
Perfect location for a Chicago visit. Super close walking distance to the hot spots. Rooms were very clean and updated. The rooftop bar (while overpriced) is quite beautiful.
It is a great restaurant with a flare of art decor and delicious food. Reasonably priced.
Normally, I trust this hotel not to try to get money from tourists. Maybe that is an American style, or my own problem. There are two types of bottles in the room: one is a small PET bottle with a lot of words and a $3 charge, which states that non-members will be charged, and the other is a big bottle with an $8 charge, which obviously indicates that you will be charged. For people just coming from a long flight and expecting free water in the room, I spent $3 without noticing that the free $3 offer is only for silver-level members and above.
Amazing Hotel, great views, perfect location.
We were really impressed with this hotel! The room was pretty spacious for downtown Chicago and the hotel is in a great location and is within walking distance of several great restaurants and attractions. The hotel was super clean, and the staff were all fantastic. We will definitely be back!
