Mixed Reviews Highlighting Friendly Staff and Convenient Amenities at Hotel Meliá Valencia

I don’t recommend going to this hotel.Very small restaurant only 20 tables for 400 rooms. Not cleaning the rooms daily. The indoor pool is very small and can be used from people over 16 and you have to pay extra 45 euro also this charge is not announced when you are booking. On the breakfast the eggs were black inside.

We stayed in a family room which was very spacious and great value with 2 toilets a sliding door between rooms and a walk in shower. Staff were helpful with efficient check in, parking was on sight and plentiful at 20 euro cost. The hotel was 15 minutes from beach and 10 minutes from old town but there were also nice restaurants in local area. The pool was great although got busy in afternoons.

Window cannot be opened in room- one has the choice between sticky air or getting sick from air conditioning. Breakfast choice and service was mediocre, atmosphere in breakfast room and lobby bar sterile and very light. Not what we expected from a 5 star hotel

Great stay in ValenciaHotel overall is great, clean, quiet and great staff and service 10/10Location is a bit far from the center. 15 min by car.The host at the bar is friendly and makes great local cappuccino 👍The spa and indoor pool is not available for guests without reservation!!!

Although this hotel is located on the outskirts of Valencia it more than makes up for this in its internal ambience and room quality. Perfect for a longer stay. Staff are friendly and very helpful. You can catch a bus into the old town or it is around 14€ each way by taxi. This hotel is geared towards the conference sector but is great for anyone.

My family spent a couple of nights here last week. The hotel was faultless and I would recommend it to anybody visiting the city. It is out of town but there are bus stops and metro stations within easy reach, The staff were very freindly and professional.
