    I was not given the choice of a button or the app. The app is ok but, if my car sits for a few days, the auto- disable kicks in an I have to go out an start it manually. A start button should be included !

  • Remote start stopped working

    Stopped working. When I hold it down it just goes red and says failed to start. It worked for a couple years before this.

  • Work great but now it doesn’t

    The first 2 years I had zero issues. But for the last year the autostart, door lock, unlock has been disabling itself every time I get out of the truck. Battery is new. I only have a 4 minute drive to work. Someone said if you don’t drive far enough after starting it disables. Which is ridiculous considering I live so close to my work. I have a long walk into and out of work so it’s nice to have a warm truck in the winter. Ford needs to fix this issue

  • Not so great

    I have the latest version for my iPhone 12.5.4 just checked again. I’ve tried many times to update my Ford pass app and keep getting the message that I need IOS 13.0 or greater to update..... needless to say, I can’t update the Un-Updatable. I’ve really liked having the option to remote start my (very expensive 80K) F350 on either a cold winter day or a hot summer day. But it seems that the app guru’s are so smart with their tinkering that I can’t. Many times I have wanted to simply unlock the door for my wife with the phone so I can open the door for her, or start the truck so that it’s warmed up or cooled down and cannot. This has always been due to the need for yet another annoying update! Gosh and they are always such great updates.... there’s no WiFi at the chug-n-go in Wyoming or Utah or Az so I can’t use all your wonderful updates. And you’ve eliminated the gas price map as well. So next time young geek, you decide to update, make it something I really need and quit locking me out of the app every other drive. Leave it the he’ll alone! It was working just fine.. JWDisney Ps. Now your dumb app wont let me send this the 1st 3 attempts because my “Nickname” is already taken. Gosh y’all stink at this...
