    I loved the flat as soon as I stepped foot inside. Melanie Abbott was the agent who showed me around. She was so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. She answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed. As a first time buyer she made the whole process smooth and understandable. Amazing at her job - thank you!
