Overall great experience! I loved the room, the bathroom, and the customer service was great. We ran into a small issue with lighting not working in our room and they fixed it right away. As a person who works in hospitality, they do everything well.
Every time I needed the elevator, I had to wait over 10 minutes. The floor in our room was very dusty, and the blankets and towels were stained and unclean. Additionally, they charged us $16 for a small bottle of water!
Very nice hotel in downtown Chicago, close to the subway and buses.Spacious and comfortable room.
Hotel is slightly dark, dated, and small. But was still nice and comfortable. James the doorman absolutely makes the stay great. He is a mind reader for recommendations on food. I would stay again the location is also very convenient to local attractions.
Very nice hotel in a very nice area. Love the Chicago theme artistic touch in the hotel and rooms. Kids love the bathroom mirror can connect to their phones and play music and game room. Really cool place in all.
Downtown hotel. Easily walkable to food, bars, entertainment and the theaters.
