  • Placed an order for samples but did not receive anything

    I placed an order online for a few samples (#69868) on December 14, 2023 and received a system-generated confirmation right afterwards. It has been over two weeks and I have not received any shipment notification nor the samples. During the past two weeks, I have received email request and reminder to rate my experience. I am not sure if the samples are on the way or have been lost in transit. I do understand it was a holiday season, but expect an update on the status of my order. This is what I can say about my experience so far, but not the product samples.
