    I like the premise but both my son and I were totally over the book by the first activity. Definitely not a ADHD friendly book. I had trouble staying engaged with it.

    My 8 year old and I love this book. It has been great at explaining how ADHD work. He seems to not be so sad about ADHD after we work in this book. Also helps me and others understand more of what he needs. I recommend this book!

  • Great workbook

    I bought this for my ADHD kiddo to work through and it has been very helpful. We have had lots of good discussions about things and have had our eyes opened about parts of behavior that we didn't realize were part of ADHD. I highly recommend.
