  • [Way over charged]Hotel was decent for its location room was clean, no microwave in the rooms had plenty of outlets for plugging things in bathroom was nice and clean only reason for no more than 2 stars is because we were triple charged and that is definitely no where worth 1500 dollars for a 2night stay with no breakfast definitely will never go back if they don't fix their mistakes.

  • It's okay but not great. This hotel is definitely not the same quality as other hotels in the AC Hotels brand. Our room had a variety of issues and was overall pretty beaten up, despite being a modern design. The bathroom counter was chipped and the sink was cracked. The shower door frame was missing a metal cover plate. The balcony door did not seal well and let in a lot of noise from the street. The balcony was pretty dirty and unappealing overall, with no furniture or anything out there. On the plus side, the TV was a decent size and there were more than enough power outlets for all of our devices. Some of the staff are really nice and helpful, others not so much. We called down about an hour before we checked out because the toilet was clogged; the operator promised someone would be right up but no one ever came. We ended up just using the bathroom in the lobby.Rooms: The rooms are modern but not in great shape. There were plenty of power outlets (including USB-A ports). The bathroom counter was chipped and the sink was cracked. The balcony door did not seal well and let in a lot of noise from the street.Walkability: Easy access to Michigan Avenue and public transit.

  • My go to hotel when I’m in Chicago. Close to a large variety of restaurants and bars. Michigan Ave isn’t too far either for some shopping. Trader Joe’s is right next door and always grab some snacks to keep in the room.Walkability: Pretty much everything you need is within walking distance. Entertainment, shopping, coffee, and restaurants as well.Food & drinks: Fast-casual to high end dining within walking distance. Close to nightlife spots like Barstool Sports and Howl and the Moon too.

  • Really nice hotel ! Great location and really clean.I love AC Hotels, I go there in most cities I visit. I love that there’s no rug on the room floors, definitely cleaner!Rooms: The only thing I will say is if you’re sharing a room, you need to know the person you’re traveling with because the bathroom door isn’t the most private. But that’s true for all ACsNearby activities: A lot of restaurants within 1 min walk
