A classic old hotel w all the charm and attentive staff. Great drinks and food too! Needs some attention- love and lip stick- things are a bit warm- but the friendly staff makes you forget that. Super location!
the worst hotel you will ever stay in the pics are a scam the most creepy and disgusting
Called to let them know I wouldn't make it for the first night of my stay due to weather. Without telling/asking me, they checked me in early and charged for the night anyhow. Parking was a joke, almost as much as the room.
Iconic property that is destroyed by management. Check in was a disaster. Also be careful with their pitch of $50 credit per day for the restaurant. We have yet to see the credit issued
Everything was amazing, beds comfy, rooms clean, atmosphere is ambient. Few blocks to the lake, steps to Michigan Ave. Lots to explore! Restaurant on lower level was good as well.
Excellent location, clean and spacious rooms for a good value. It is definitely an older, historical hotel, but everything worked well, staff were friendly and helpful.
