The hotel has regressed over the years. Itโs a five star hotel but had to carry own suitcases up the flights of stairs and to our suite - no greeting or welcome at the door either. The room wasnโt clean, with a palm print on the mirror, dusty shelves and the shower hadnโt been cleaned between guests - there was even hair left on the shower wall. Housekeeping was too busy to take calls and none of the requests were honoured - like additional pillows or extra water in the room - nothing too diffi...
