Revolut App Review Highlights: Modern Design, Security Concerns, and Mixed Customer Experiences

There is a lack of support or immediate help when there are cases of fraudulent activities or payments. Today, my card had been used to make three payments that I do not know off. No one in my family has used my physical card or phone number and my card details are kept private. So evidently, someone else has hacked or stolen my card details and made three payments and revoult has not helped me in any way, shape or form to cancel and refund the payments. The payments seem to have been made at a bakery today, but I have been at home all day… I want a refund for my money lost, which was quite a bit considering I’m a university student. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated that there is a lack of help or immediate response to these kinds of activities. Do better.

The app's design is sleek, making money management effortless. The real-time spending notifications keep me on top of my finances, and the budgeting features are a game-changer. Plus, the ability to exchange currencies at interbank rates is a travel essential. Revolut has redefined modern banking for the better.

My wife was scammed on Vinted and despite telling Revolut within minutes that it was fraudulent and asking them to stop the ‘Pending’ payment they ignored my wife’s pleas and refused to stop the payment going to the scammers. The payment was ‘Pending’ for 12 hours and they had plenty of time to stop it. Complaints have been refused and they only talk via their online Chat and they were dismissive at every point. Avoid Revolut at all costs!!!

Multiple currencies to use and stock investments

One of my favourite app. I use it for crypto transactions. So far so good. My only problem is that the daily limit is too low and there is no option to increase it. Otherwise I’m very happy with it.
