End up making me crave more food. Stopped because I was gaininng weight
I did not lose any weight, but it helps to lower blood pressure.
I love the fact this gives me the energy I need in the morning
I would take this product before breakfast, and immediately noticed my stomach would feel ill. I took it for a month now, and I have seen no change besides the stomach ache.
I took one pill every morning for two weeks straight and I noticed about a week into it that I was very moody and very easily agitated. After two weeks it dawned on me that it could be the caffeine causing me agitation and angst. I immediately stopped taking the pills and two days later I’m back to my happy go lucky self again.
I took it for a week, unfortunately, it didn’t do anything. It didn’t suppress my appetite neither energize me.
