Quick response to my gripe on TrustedView on a refund for a duplicate purchase. Experience still a bit marred by the fact that the refund request was initialy dismissed as "we can't do it".

Seven months in, still no credit; and now, an invoice for a book I've already paid
I am *STILL* waiting for a book to be credited. I ordered it in late January, had it removed from the larger order, which they did. They never credited me for that book. I have spoken to numerous reps, and even a supervisor, but still nothing, over seven months into it. This latest order, a few days ago, was missing a book (out of the 50 books, 49 were the ones I ordered, but the 50th was something I had never ordered). They shipped the 50th, but now they are sending me an invoice for that book...
