February 7th I contacted AAFMA to clear up and settle a situation with my loan. I desperately wanted to make things right. Thankfully Nick Dogger answered the phone. Nick was cool and calm. Not one moment did he attempt to feed me a bs answer because he thought it may be what I wanted to hear. Iāve heard these type of things from other customer service reps. Also Nick never hesitated to seek out an answer he didnāt know right away. The biggest thing that stuck out to me was how genuinely he spoke about his manager. He said she was literally the best manger heās ever had. Being in the military that means a lot to me to have great leadership. I can only imagine that this one manager is helping many others to be just as courteous, patient and understanding as Nick. To be honest, there were a few times when Nick got back on the phone I thought he would have bad news. To my surprise he only came back to reassure me that he is still work the issue and to thank me on my patience! Thank you AAFMA. Thank you Nicks manager(I believe her name is Srey K. Seng-Im). Thank you Nick! You guys rock. Iāve already helped one wingmen of mine take advantage of your help and I will continue to let others know about this amazing opportunity!
As a member, very disappointed. And canceling all my accounts with them. I was transitioning from Active duty to retirement. I spoke to them multiple times explaining the transitioning from Active duty pay to retirement pay and va pay. It was taking 30 plus days for them to finally pay me. I spoke with them multiple times. And yet, they would still send me threatening emails and calls. And the one that got me was They said they have to protect their members. I was a member and I was going through a major life change. And they showed no care. So I canceled everything I have with them. I will not use their services ever again. And I was a member with them since 2014.
