Mixed reviews for the Trivago app, with some users praising its ease of use and great deals while others faced issues such as bookings in the wrong city and unresponsive customer service. Users appreciate the app's utility but highlight discrepancies in hotel search results and pricing. Some experienced difficulties in finding the lowest prices for business travel. Despite positive feedback on hotel options and the app's navigational simplicity, the negative experiences with incorrect bookings and customer service limitations stand out.

Easy to navigate and treat deals!
Searched for hotels is one location (Billings, MT) and the search results included one in Fayetteville Arkansas. (Try it and see. The Avid IHC hotel that shows up is no where near Billings, MT.) Had to get special dispensation from Expedia to cancel the prepaid reservation.
I wish I'd never downloaded this app! This app hooked me up with a booking app that booked my hotel in the wrong city and then I was unable to cancel because I was unable to get in contact with their customer service. So I had to contact my bank and stop the payment so I wouldn't get charged. This app ended up costing me money!!!! What a useless app it just completely messed up my day!!!
Great stay as usual good staff good breakfast will be back 😀 👍
Not a good experience make my trip is way much better especially when it comes to price and offer of properties as compared.
5 star all the way great deals and awesome hotels. It was an easy app I enjoy looking at all the nice hotels so I know where to stay next time
