Was fine until this year. Now an appalling travesty as they have discontinued both email customer service and telephone help!! The arrogance. AVOID!!!! 🤮🤮🤮😠
So I bought a 80$ perfume buyer never sent or refunded there is no cover so I could sell something and rip off people no problem and this person still has there account!
POOR SERVICE 5 months and no reply. I also pay hundreds in fees every month (more then sales brought there trade-in, rubbish company)
Crappy company only worried about stripping New Zealanders of every dollar they have - its is a monopoly and they are taking huge greedy profits, we need amazon or similar to open up here and screw them out of business, I know I will out of spite refuse to use them if they do ...
Used to be a great Kiwi company which is now a hugely overpriced monopoly with poor customer service and ever increasing fees. Purchased by overseas holding that doesn't care about New Zealand. All they want it top margin and onsell it with profit to another investor fund.
Purchased an item on trademe from Salelink store, postage said 4-7 days, 5 weeks later I’m still waiting for the item, left negative feedback to warn other buyers that items paid for may not arrive, trademe removed the feedback, no item no say. Two businesses acting fraudulently.
