  • The place is extremely crowded any day. Whether it's the weekend or weekdays, the place does not have enough seats despite having an upstairs area. When I went recently, the downstairs area was closed so maybe that added to the problem. Not a lot of Starbucks have matcha latte as well so I was glad that they had matcha lattes. Really professional and quick staff. They were able to provide a good drink. But again, there weren't enough seats.Vegetarian options: There are many things which are vegetarian from food to drinks. Just ask just in case you're unsure but you'll be able to find something.Dietary restrictions: They will always ask whether normal milk is ok in case you are not, so that's good too.Parking: Impossible to park in London, there's a spot like 15 minutes away but I doubt anyone would park there just for a Starbucks.Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly, nice and safe environment in the neighborhood, a lot of people at work so it's best to keep quiet.Wheelchair accessibility: Door is narrow so I think you'd need extra help.

  • Lovely and spacious place and I like 1 st floor area just outside Tottenham court station . The costumer service young girl so she seems not happy to work but it was that bad. I like it this is one if the best Starbucks in the city .

  • I was here before the closing time so I was really quick with my order because I know how frustrating is to receive an order before the closing time but my barista forgot to scan my rewards card, after I kindly asked for it one lady called Nickolatta came and asked me WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM I AM HERE NOW? which didn’t make any sense and made my experience and sense of empathy go downhill. No need for this attitude and negativity Nickolatta. I hope you change it.

  • Only one toilet room available, so there was a considerable queue outside of it. Bins were full, so it was unpleasant to see the trash around it. Even the Chai Latte I had was not as good as I remember it from other Starbucks branches.

  • The line is super long out to the sidewalk on a hot summer heatwave day and two employees are hugging and talking for 10 mins instead of serving and getting the line shorter, what's going on with the service here? At least go to the back?
