Bulk reply is a great feature to save time. To improve there should be an option to tick family friendly / families allowed when searching for properties for both landlords and tenants as some landlords stipulate no children and would save time for families searching.

  • Do not use this app.....it requires you to pay them a subscription fee to contact the relevant ads. The cost starts from £12.99 and you'll potentially only contact one or 2 ads before you no longer need the app its isn't worth it in my opinion...total waste of time
