    I accepted the offer to help activate my product, gave permission for KAI to access my computer. After checking my computer, he said it was in terrible shape and recommended Got Your Back Support. Would not take NO for an answer and kept hounding me about subscribing - apparently a second income for him. He never confirmed he had set up my new SODAPDF or other requests he said he would help with. Shut down our discussion, he hung up on me.

  • WORST COMPANY EVER

    WORST COMPANY EVER. Last year, i used their website just for one time and somehow, because of their complicated website which scams you, they charged me for 100 usd. I wrote them i don’t even know how and were since their customer service is non existing, i wrote to cancel and refund, they never refunded but i thought they at least cancelled my subscription ( i would do it myself but I CANT FIND HOW TO CANCEL ) now i got charged again, no e-mail, phone number as well scam…. Don’t go near them.

    I was unable to engage chat and could not get the editing feature to work on my MacBook. Could also not get a refund. Pure junk and a ripoff!
