I loved the way everyone is smiling and happy. I liked the room with city view, pillows are very comfortable At the front desk Malcea she is very friendly and has amazing smile The duty manager Murat is very supportive and kind.The facilities are clean. The GYM is big and has all the equipment neededSPA was amazing too.

The restaurant personnel were fantastic, they we were kind and their service was amazing Specially big thanks to Ceren hanim, Ranazan and Cengiz bey. The cake is amazing and the food is okay but the service is very nice.The garden view is perfect for a cute quite romantic dinner

Two nights with a queen sized room. Excellent overall. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet with an effective but silent AC. Sleep quality was superb. WiFi stable and available throughout. All the amenities in abundance. Plenty of TV channels in English. Well stocked mini bar, capsule coffee maker and tea making facilities. Robe, slippers provided. Iron and ironing board. Shower was excellent. Full compliment of grooming stuff. The gym and spa was good with a huge exercise area with loads of equipment. Delighted with this stay.

I check in this hotel at 7aug , the kindness reception check in me early,because i had 2 flight and very tired.rooms is good and clean,all of staff are so kind and caring.i will stay here until 9 aug , the gym is professional, pool is best, restaurant that i used for breakfast is excellent,security man are so polite.most of staff know english.i will come back this hotel if i come to ankara.thank the manager for this best hotel.

Ankara's Social Hub where generations meet. The lobby and the club lounge is amazing. The gym is huge. Very disappointed that they don't have an outdoor pool. It's very clean everywhere and the staff are neat and friendly. The breakfast could have been better; we were there for one week, always the same selection. There's a big shopping mall just outside the hotel. As you walk around the streets you really notice that Sheraton has a great reputation. For sure, it's the best place to stay in Ankara.

I went to Ankara on business for 3 days and we (I took my wife and 9-year old son) had an awesome time. I can't say enough good things about the staff. The interior of the hotel is excellent and the rooms are nice and spacious. I worked two of the three days we were there but no worries because there was more than enough to do to keep my family occupied. First, the hotel is connected to a mall so there was shopping just outside the door. There are lots of good resturants and shops within walking distance as well. The Sheraton has a great pool and workout facility and the resturant has good food should you choose to eat at the hotel. The Turkish people are extremely friendly and really went out of their way to cater to our son. So much that he wants to go back to Ankara and the the Sheraton. Last thing; the lobby area is the best I've ever been in. People just hang out in the lobby drinking, eating and socializing to the wee hours. It was so much fun. If you go to Ankara, I highly recommend the Sheraton. I travel extensively and have yet to stay anywhere that I've enjoy as much as the Sheraton in Ankara.
