I love Shark products, but to have not one or two, but THREE of the soft brush rollers konk out and render the unit completely useless, and Iâm through with this model. Shark engineers: please do something about this design flaw!
I absolutely love this vaccuum. It looks nice and works amazing. The suction power is outstanding!
I had a few Shark Vacuums, Dyson, robots & Orecks. This is an exceptional performing vacuum. I love the lift away and nice long cord. Iâm over the cordless craze, they die out and youâre left with a bunch of plastic parts.
If it's important to you (which is to me) to detach the canister and hold it in one hand as using the wand connected to the main brush (with lights on it), do not purchase this product. You can only use the smaller pieces in this mode not the main brush.
This vacuum worked well until it didn't. I believe the motor has burned out after 6 months, but I can't tell because I can't get into the vacuum to check the problem. I am very dissapointed.
I had an easy time using this , never had this brand before but I am impressed. I have to dogs and it picked up all their hair.
