I am at my wits end with SBLI. Through repeated phone calls and a written policy surrender request I have made it clear that my term policy should terminate. Quotes were not accurate and direct bill happened before I realized, and even billed me back one month even though I was told I wasn't covered for that month since I hadn't signed docs. I also emailed back for clarification several times and never received a response. I honestly feel like this was a bit of a bait and switch.
