The shakes are recommended by a nurse practitioner and are suitable for vegetarians and those with kidney disease. However, some customers dislike the vanilla flavor and criticize the use of unhealthy ingredients like guar gum and sunflower oil. The packaging can be difficult for seniors to open. I have issues with my stomach for many of the brands of protein shakes - found out it is from the sweetener that is used. I can't have any sugar-substitutes unless it is made with cane sugar or monk fruit! This one is delicious and doesn't hurt my stomach At All.
Taste great. Doesn't taste like any artificial sweeteners like others. Reduces my hunger and is satisfying. Doesn't add to my weight. I have been doing lots of cardio in attempt to slim. I notice improvements with this protein shake.
This protein fuels my long runs and does not spike my sugar, causing me not to take insulin!
Not as great of ingredients as I wouldâve expected. Shouldâve passed on these
I had to become a vegetarian due to kidney disease. Itâs difficult to get ample protein with this diet with low phosphorous. This drink solves the problem and tastes great. I like coffee the best
I ordered the coffee, and they taste great. Not any of the chalky taste Iâve had with other protein drinks. I did use Orgain extensively over the years, but I like these better, and the ingredients just as clean, if not better. I will be ordering these again and again
