  • This book changed my life of pain to being pain free

    It's that simple. My pain was in my mind. As soon as I finished the book, I believed. Because I believed, I did the work by shedding my fear, first. In other words, my faith healed me, and Dr. Sarno is the saint who reminded me of the human capacity to heal.

    I’m not opposed to what the book is conveying, but what a waste of pages! In the end, it’s mind over matter. Schedule an appointment with him and he’ll help you. Probably the only book I decided needed to be tossed asap.

  • nasty sciatic pain lasting 1 year - gone within 4 months

    yes, it will take you work. but you can be free! emotionally and pain free.
    i suffered recurring back pain and sciatica - which was getting worse each episode.
    first i had it bad in the AM, year later AM was fine PM was awful. i was like this does not make any sense.
    i stumbled on sarno. today i am doing the MOST hard gym exercises including squats and deadlifts, with no fear.

    Does the mind and body communicate and interact? Sure. Does one have an effect on the other? Sure. Does a pro football player show up on game day with a pulled hamstring because his thinking brought it on?
    So many examples with nothing but empirical evidence. Halfway through I was laughing.
