  • Stayed here in March. The hotel staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful for anything needed, excellent service all around. Rooms were spacious for NYC standards, clean, and very nice. The beds were also very comfortable! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooftop bar is great. Also the bar downstairs has wonderful service, good food, and live music.

  • It's been many years since we've left a hotel feeling so amazed and inspired. From the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby, we were greeted by a welcoming and wonderful ambience and team. Gabriel checked us in and made sure all of our accommodations were met. Throughout the stay, we were continuously touched by the intentional details of the hotel and the thoughtful attentiveness of the team.The Refinery leaves us feeling grateful, excited to return, and smiling (as their motto reminds us to "keep smiling...it makes people wonder where you've been").
