We closed our account and have contacted Primo 4 times to pick up two remaining bottles and refund us the deposit. They seem incapable of doing this. A real scam.
They deceitfully add interest and late charges to your bill even when you are current on their account. Very disappointing. Go with any other service other than DS Services doing business as PRIMO Water (even their business name is deceptive).
