    LITERALLY THE WORST MOST DISHONEST COMPANY EVER. CALLED TO CANCEL THE SERVICE AND SCHEDULED TWO DIFFERENT PICKUPS. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP FOR EITHER AND CONTINUED CHARGING ME FOR MONTHS AFTER. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

  • Unable to receive deposit refund

    We closed our account and have contacted Primo 4 times to pick up two remaining bottles and refund us the deposit. They seem incapable of doing this. A real scam.

  • Deceitfully Adds Charges to Bills

    They deceitfully add interest and late charges to your bill even when you are current on their account. Very disappointing. Go with any other service other than DS Services doing business as PRIMO Water (even their business name is deceptive).

  • Cancelling Primo

    Like so many, was happy with our local water company until Primo purchased them. They miss deliveries repeatedly, can’t get anyone on the phone…totally unreliable. Not worth the money. cancelling today.
