Critical Reviews of Porch: High Fees, Lack of Quality Leads, and Poor Customer Service

Mykhailo Panchuk did a great job staining my decks. He is a very dependable painter and got the job done very quickly. Highly recommend him and I will definitely call him again if I need another painting project done.

Please consider all these 1-star reviews. In all honestly, (I imagine) many of us wish we could give less than a 1-star. I took the day off to have my treadmill built. After about 10 minutes late for my 10am appointment, I try to call Porch asking where my installation person is at, and of course, they don't answer. I then try the phone number Porch provided me for the installation person, the person who answers isn't even the "Brian" who was supposed to assemble my treadmill. It's a completely different Porch installer, who says he wasn't assigned the project and doesn't know why his number was provided. He lives 30 miles away and essentially says he can come but he still wants me to straighten things out with Porch. Porch finally contacts me an hour later, now 11am, and they apologize for the inconvenience. Can't explain to me why they gave me the wrong number for the installer, lie to me that my actual installer has "been trying to contact me," to which I ask "how?" I never got a call, text, email, or anything. Porch promises they'll call me back to figure things out and have someone at my home today, since, again, I've taken the day off to have someone handle this today. I'm still waiting on someone to call me back after multiple voice messages. I'm now getting text messages that my installer has messaged me and to check my project page to read the message, so I go to my project page and there is NOTHING THERE. No update on the installer, no message, nothing... This is by far the worst customer service, ever. Thank GOD I didn't leave my credit card information with the company before job completion. I'm better off returning my treadmill and working with a company that delivers the machine already built. Frustrated is an understatement.

Stay away from Porch I signed up with them when the started 11yrs ago at lowes they were a good company back then here recently I decided to use them after several phone calls fron Alex there sales representative stating the partnership with other companies would bri g in more clients phone would be ringing well I also decided to try option # 2 verified lead what a joke I signed up for 90days had a hard time trying to cancel after 90 days spoke to Allie customer support supervisor said I was canceled from verified leads 2 months now there still trying to steal money from my bank account have called them Allie will call you heard nothing told the. To cancel my account don't want anything of mine associated with thieves still nothing. STAY AWAY FROM PORCH IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY

This site is a scam. They provide non-existing leads with random people contacts. When trying to communicate with these “leads” it becomes clear that these people weren’t aware that porch used their contact info to scam professionals.

Horrible service they take your money and give you non responsive customers and have a no refund policy. If your new to starting your business STAY AWAY! THEY TELL YOU YOU HAVE 100PERCENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND THEN HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY, and now they are saying the will resolve it and I already got told theres a no refund policy by 3 different people, if you look at the rest of their reviews , they are thieves,
