  • They did not ship all of the items

    They did not ship all of the items. When trying to get customer service or issue resolved they have been asking for impossible request such as pictures of the item that never arrived in the package it came in. After a week of the impossible request and me trying to continue to express the issues with not getting the items I purchased, I was told that they would help me when i came clean and told them the truth, implying that I was lying about receiving the items! I have attempted to reach management, which is impossible. They are either not at work or on the phone and refuse to allow me to hold. Cant get the items nor can I get a refund. Getting your items is like the lottery.
