  • Oneplay drawbacks

    Oneplay provided poor customer service by not validating my VIP membership for 10 days. Also, I didn't receive my code for Battlefield 3 Premium because they said they weren't able to receive payment for it (maybe my fault). Furthermore, i cannot download any games on the oneplay app because their network is slow.

  • Paid for an item and didn't receive.

    Paid for an item and the order was denied without refunding the money. They have taken my money and not given me what I have paid for. I have tried to contact their support team multiple times but no response.Their support system is broken. I try to change my password and it keeps taking me back to the login page. Horrendous. Avoid. - I would never write anything bad about anything EVER! I really wanted the subscription service and I still do want it... but I cannot get past the payment stage!

  • Poor service

    I can only strongly recommend NOT to buy anything in this platform. I have bought the "OnePlay VIP", which allows you to play any game from his rental section during a certain period of time. The process to buy in the web was not very user friendly but this is only the begginng.Once you have pay, you have to install the programm "OnePlay" to download, install and play the games of his catalog. Now you can log in to OnePlay with your username (email) and your password. But sometimes it doesn't react and you have to click a few times the "log in" button until it reacts. Then if you want to install a game you have to go to the "Search" button and search the game, writting the name correctly because it doesn't has an intelligent search, it doesn't suggest you similar games. For example if you search for "stalker" you would not receive any answer because the correct name is "S.T.A.L.K.E.R". When you have find the game you have to log in again and start the download, but sometimes the download is stopped automatically without apparently no reason and you have to restart the download.When the game is downloaded you can start the installation, which normally it is not a problem. Then theoretically you can start playing the game but in my experience you can have some issues like:A pop-up window with a message error clicking over game. In another cases the game is not installed in English language, like it happens to me with "Furi", which was in Japanese and it was a little hard to find the option of the language. With the game "S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl" I had to go to the games files and edit one of them to enable the Full-HD resolution. Another games are in the library for less than a month like it happened with "Grim Dawn". If you like to install mods in the game it can be a problem too. I tried it once with no success. So as resumen, please avoid to buy anything until they improve their service. I give them 2 Stars because the price is very cheap but the service is too bad.

    What the F... !!! my account has been frozen again after 3-5 wrong password tryes and now i have to wait 24 hours until your able answer and unfreeze my account again, this is the secound time you freeze my account, this is a really stupid system. You replyed me with this email at 31-07-2017 22:17: ## Please do not write below this line ##Thank you for contacting OnePlay.Your request has been received, and is being reviewed by OnePlay support staff. Our e-mails are replied within 24 hours Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5 PM CET. (08:00 to 17:00) Saturday and Sunday from 3 PM to 9 PM CET (15:00 to 21:00) And the time is now 23:23 so the 24hours are up... This is unacceptable, ive bought games that im not able to play unless you have the time to answer me... i really regret my buys and would like my money back please, but i guess you dont have that service eather?! :-( I dont have my order ID, guess i never received the E-mail cause i dont have it...... but i can send a request to support O.o

    Sikke noget rod...Først blev jeg lokket med at kunne prøve deres VIP i 7 dage gratis, da jeg så trykkede på linket blev jeg smidt ind på min profil side, og ellers stod der ikke rigtig mere om de 7 dages free VIP. Jeg prøvede flere gange med samme resultat.Så fik jeg øje på en banner reklame med 2x 12 måneders VIP for kun 36kr, Super det kan jo ikke gå helt galt tænkte jeg, men jeg tog fejl. Jeg betalte og opdagede også at den selv om et år ville opkræve for endnu 12 måneder, denne gang til 600kr. Nå en ting af gangen, jeg fik fundet min kode og efter ca 40 minutters bladren rundt på jeres hjemmeside, lykkedes det mig endelig finde ud at få aktiveret min VIP. Nu skulle jeg bare have annulleret så OnePlay.com ikke om et år trækker for endnu et VIP, denne gang til 600Kr, først prøver jeg at slette mine betaling metoder fra deres hjemmeside, dette er ikke muligt. Så jeg går ind og stopper mit VIP abonnement, jeg har jo betalt for et helt år. Nu har jeg så ikke længere adgang til mit nuværende VIP som skulle køre helt frem til 10/04-2018.

    Kan ikke fortsat ikke downloade fra deres download side. Problemet har stået på i over 14 dage. Får intet svar fra dem. Ydermere er det købte spil fundet væsentligt billigere andetsteds.
