  • Been using NURX for 2-3 years!

    I've been receiving my preferred birth control from NURX for almost 2-3 years now I think. I told them which one I wanted(that I was already taking) and after confirming everything they started my prescription! I've had no issues since starting!

    I ordered some medication for 27$ then after few hours they send me message that is wrong and I need to pay 40$ so I cancelled order.I received message that they will return my money which I didn't receive.So never again...

  • THE WORST SERVICE.

    THE WORST SERVICE.They overcharged my card for something that dont aggree with and never reply to any text, emails or anything. Even on the app where you paid 30 dollars for the consultation they never replied.

  • Horrible customer service

    Horrible customer service. Almost feels kind of scammy. I put in my insurance and paid the $30 just to be told after they took my payment, that they don't accept my insurance. That's something I should know before spending the money. I'd love a refund.

  • Don't waste your time or money

    They take forever to respond, wouldn't prescribe the option I wanted due to me having a splenectomy... every prescription has risks so why have a conscience this time and refuse the only viable option.
