    So far I am leaving this at 3 stars. As advertised they claim it takes one to two hours before your case is taken and completed. I am now on your hour 5, and my visit is still pending meanwhile I have to suffer my current issue.

  • Awesome quick and painless

    Awesome quick and painless. Had my consultation late at night and got my blood pressure refills ready for pickup the next day! I did have to take photos of my prescription bottles to verify I was taking those scripts, but I just took them on my phone and uploaded them on the site. Overall excellent experience.

  • They never send the prescription

    They never send the prescription. it was a time sensitive thing. I went to cvs in person and was told prescription never came. Their so called support literally took hours to get responded. now I'm dealing with them for refund. never use them. I needed doxy pep which needed to be taken with 72 hours well now over 98 hours and still no prescription lol

    Someone of the best customer service and response time I’ve ever experienced. Especially for a online clinic/pharmacy. No bs fees, just consultation and recommended treatment. You won’t regret using them

    Cant get my injection without prior auth, and their site has been down all day, conveniently, but they sure did cash my check right away, even though I do not even have my prescription that I was guaranteed to get or not have to pay for my visit!
