    Been waiting in the video consult for about an hour and a half. Never been seen. All anyone can tell me is it must be a problem on my end... If it's on my end why am I in the chat and not the doctor.. This is ridiculous. They won't even send it to IT because "they can tell it's on my end". Also... How convenient that they charge you before you even get approved for the prescription.
