  • Good for business

    Good clean hotel that seems to have had the room recently refurbished. Some further refurbishments in progress and I hope they get to the restaurant eventually as that has become tired. Breakfast is fine, quite automated and characterless but adequate. All staff friendly and efficient.

  • Great hotel and breakfast

    Excellent stay and wheelchair accessible rooms. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. The only negatives were paper cups in rooms, no teaspoon, and no uht milk for drinks. Powdered milk makes coffee taste bad. The building site starting at 7:15 each morning wasn't very good, however this is not the fault of the hotel and it didn't affect our stay. I've booked again for next year.

  • Don’t waste your money

    Hotel service is below any standards. Front desk Staff and Restaurant Staff have always a bad mood, looks like you are asking for huge favor to even buy water at recepction or have a steak at the restaurant. Wifi is weak and slow, elevators are also very slow. It’s basically just a good bed to sleep and a regular shower.

  • Standard business hotel

    This hotel has a great location near to the highway and close to the Rotterdam city center. The hotel reception and restaurant are a bid outdated. My executive room was spacious with a minimalistic interior, average bedding and very small desk. The new modern bathroom was great, but with my 1.96 I hit my head to the shower. The breakfast is good and the hotel staff is very friendly.

  • The location and room are nice, but the property is under repair and construction

    The room was nice, the view from my room was good too, and the hotel has a nice restaurant near the reception. But remember that the hotel is far from city center, and the closest tram station is at least 10 mins' walk. RSM is close and that was my reason to stay at this hotel. Also, while I was staying the hotel was undergoing repairs, only two out to four lifts were working thus it took more than 10 mins for the lift to show up on my floor.

  • Terrible Hotel

    a very bad hotel. The staff has no respect especially the Indian lady in reception, they took the sofa blanket from my room without any promotion, I do not advise anyone to stay in this hotel, defiantly I will not come again.

  • Great stay (3 nights)

    This is our preferred hotel in Rotterdam. Breakfast is amazing for the whole family: many healthy choices ! The hotel is located near a free park & ride; which allows you to be in the city center quickly. Unfortunately, you have to pay now for the parking (post covid measure)

  • Old facilities and so so service

    The facilities there are so old, carpet looks super dirty in the room. Bedding -especially the pillows are very uncomfortable-feels like many small cotton balls inside, they are worn out. The reception who checked in for us I was not friendly at all, no smile, we stayed 3 nights, every time I passed by and met her, she was always with cold faces.

  • Comfortable two night stay on outskirts of Rotterdam

    Comfortable and good sized room, good choice for breakfast and reasonably priced restaurant for dinner. Helpful and pleasant staff. Well located close to the motorway in university/business park location. Car park is payable.

  • Great hotel! Great staff! Go there!

    We are a family of three and were the second time in this nice hotel. It is not only that the rooms are great and the hotel is ideally located for a trip to Rotterdam, it is the people! There are always smiles, space for talks and a great understanding of hospitality and generousness. We will soon come back. Thank you!
