Nike's app receives mixed reviews, with several customers expressing frustration with login and account creation issues, cancelled orders, and limited inventory. Many are also critical of Nike's use of uygher labor to make their shoes, while paying athletes millions of dollars. Some reviewers suggest that Nike limit the number of shoes that can be purchased at once to prevent mass purchases and price gouging. On the other hand, some reviewers appreciate the app's ease of use and extensive inventory.

Nike uses uygher labor to make their shoes and then pays athletes that cry about being oppressed millions of dollars. Shame on Nike and anyone that wears them knowing that they are made by slaves.
It’s very frustrating to see new inventory posted to the website and gone within minutes. Why should the average person have to go to stockx and the goat to pay 3x the retail amount for a pair of shoes? Are folks allowed to come in and buy everything? I’ve been on the app daily for the last 2 months trying to find a pair of air jordan 1’s and they are released and gone within minutes. Ridiculous in my opinion. These are in no way individual buyers. They are making mass purchases and price gouging folks online (stockx and goat). Please find a way to limit the number of shoes that are purchased on a retail
Site. This isn’t a wholesale site but that’s what it’s turning into.
Ridiculous how you can’t just buy a shoe that you want but have to join a raffle.
I ordered an item after getting a coupon from the NRC app. I figured I’d try it out.
Well, as soon as I finish this review, I’ll be deleting the app.
The item was supposed to deliver yesterday. I kept an eye on the app and the tracking history. I checked this morning and it was set to “return processed” instead of “on its way.” No explanation. Customer service was less than helpful. It even made it to my city!
Even with the 10% discount, it’s still much cheaper on Amazon. That’s what I get for trying this app.
Unable to sign in.. App needs to be updated badly
I tried to create an account when I tried it told me I was not eligible for registration I tried deleting and re-downloading the app but it’s telling me the same thing.
