App doesnât allow face recognition, also doesnât allow to save email Iâd and password, whenever you have to log in, have to type in all details which seems quite old fashioned. Hopefully you will update the app with new features and make sign in user friendly.
Doesnât have my medical appointments at all apart from one in 2022 which it reports as overdue and to contact the service. I have had at least 3 more recent appointments since then sent to me direct but donât appear. Another critical one on Monday is not showing, each time I have reported this in the feedback and it remains as it was. Other links donât work. No use at all in my opinion
Unfortunately, itâs bad where the functions are not interconnected with the phone. You do an analysis. Itâs impossible not to get acquainted with the result? Not to mention there is no diagnosis? What if you suddenly have a bad diagnosis?! Itâs also disgusting that you ask for a test for a diagnosis? But then they contact you via SMS and a completely different doctor. Where there is no answer to a direct question!!! The healthcare system leaves much to be desired. Question? Why then do I pay taxes?
But it is. Every time I restart it I have to go through the initial login / text message 2FA dance, set up touch ID ... and it then forgets it.
Come on, seriously: this is not rocket science.
The app is great except that I log in using Face ID and when I log out it IMMEDIATELY logs me back in again. I log out it IMMEDIATELY logs me back in! Itâs my very own âGroundhog Dayâ đ It needs a âTap here to log inâ or similar. Otherwise, great.
I see most reviews report the same issue.
Presumably I too will get the same automated response asking for more details.
As others have said⌠just sort it out!
If you havenât got the skills then contract out to the private sector.
Iâm not sure whatâs gone wrong but it now wonât let me order repeat prescriptions within a 30 day period. This is utterly stupid considering repeat prescriptions are supplied on a 28 day basis. Cos of your stupid update Iâm now going to have to bother my GP-as if they arenât busy enough.
Edit following the ridiculous response I received: the issues with the app only started after it had been update to the latest version so obviously Iâve got the correct version and the correct amount of storage. Clearly you havenât read my review properly and just shot out any old reply
In theory this should be a great app but the reality is that nothing really works. It says you can order repeat prescriptions in the app but when I click on it it tells me to call the GP instead. It says you can book your GP appointments but when I select that it doesnât let me do it. Same with "Ask your GP for medical advice" - it just says no access to online enquiries. The usual NHS level of serviceâŚpoor.
Recently I have been having problems signing in. It keeps going back to webpage describing where to access the app. Going round in circles here.
âŚitâs quite useful on the occasions that it works! However, now, having updated it, I get as far as selecting the option to receive or not receive notifications and the page just freezes. No icons nothing. No confirmation of my selection.
Iâve deleted it and download and tried agin 5 times and itâs just happened a few minutes ago.
Also, when it was working, there was no option for making appointments at Whiteparish Surgery.

Customers are having issues with Klarna's refund process, declining purchases despite having good standing, and experiencing technical issues with the app. Some reviewers also express dissatisfaction with changes to the rewards program, fees, and credit checks. However, others appreciate the payment flexibility and financing options. Many suggest using other pay-later apps instead.
