Many customers are disappointed with the MyQ Video Keypad due to its weak WiFi capability, short battery life, and the need to buy additional items for remote access. However, some users appreciate its easy installation and the ability to see who opens the garage door. The video keypad's battery drains quickly, and the subscription fee for video storage is considered high by some. Overall, the product receives mixed reviews.Best for

I’d give this a higher rating if it could operate multiple doors. It does not. Also, the subscription to get all the features is way too high.
Technology works fine. However, battery only lasts about 9-10 days on lowest settings. Frustrating charging all the time. Waste of money.
DO NOT BUY!!!! The battery is awful, have to charge it every week and it takes 8-12 hours.
Like it much better than my old basic keypad. Video works well. Easy easy easy to link to My Q garage door opener.
Rarely works, video is almost impossible to get to work. Keypad works 10% of the time. Waste of money
Love the picture quality ease to install the only thing is the battery life sucks and the product only comes with one battery
